NOTICE: If you intend to upload MORE than the allotted 50 images designated in your package, an upgrade to the next page tier (26-Pages Book) MUST be selected and paid for prior to processing your photobook. Remember to add your $200 credit code at checkout.
The time is here. You've had an amazing event and you are now ready to order your photobook (if included in your package). Each package includes a photobook credit of $200 as indicated on your service agreement.
Remember that up to 50 of your very best images are allowed in a 16-Page book. If you intend to submit more than 50, your may order 10-page upgrades. Once you have selected the upgrade, the balance will be updated.

On your computer, "drag and drop” your selected images into a folder and ZIP them. IMAGES MUST BE ARRANGED AND NUMBERED SEQUENTIALLY IN PREFERRED ORDER. Once you select your images and they are uploaded, NO ADDITIONAL IMAGES MAY BE ADDED OR SWAPPED during the book design process. (Please note that there are instances where images are not in the exact order when we receive or you cannot sort them prior to uploading. ArtsGroup will make every effort to ensure the integrity of your selection and the order of events, i.e. storybook format).
Upload ZIP file as an attachment in your online workspace. No worries, if you have a large zip file, it will load up. Simply log-in to your workspace and begin a new message. Tip: Select "Upload Files" prior to your message. Once it finishes uploading, ensure that you send us a message as a public post. At this point, we have already received your order form from our website and we are awaiting your image files.
Once you add your book to cart, you will be prompted for additional information to be included in your book order. Please review all sections and ensure that all information is accurate and that wording is spelled correctly. No worries if you make a mistake, a draft will be provided to you prior to going to print press.
All photobooks will begin within 14 days provided that:
(a) all upgrades have been paid in full through this order form,
(b) all necessary images have been provided within the allotted timeframe.
If you request upgrades that include page additions or book size, work will not begin until orders have been paid in full. If it is past the designated time allotted for you to submit (detailed in your service contract) and you have not submitted this order form, you will not be eligible to order for book order and additional fees shall apply (please see service contract which details archiving, studio schedule and obligations. It is very important that you are responsive within your service period as Studio schedule is allotted for you during your contract period. Once your project is started, it is non-refundable.
- Photo Books will be mailed directly from the manufacturer and project is considered complete once order has been shipped by Studio. Forms submitted after 45-Days FROM RECEIPT OF IMAGES incur a recovery fee of $199 if extended access plan is not selected. Please refer to your service agreement for rules on late submission. ArtsGroup is not under any obligation to continue processing books submitted past the allotted time provided to clients.
- After 90-days FROM DELIVERY OF IMAGES, projects will NO-LONGER be accessible. At this point ArtsGroup is NOT obligated under any circumstances to service client requests. Refer to service agreement for further details.
RETURNS AND DISCREPANCIES
If you receive products that were damaged during shipping (i.e. book binding comes apart, torn or bent cover, etc.) please notify ArtsGroup IMMEDIATELY within 5 business days of delivery receipt. All damage notifications received beyond the 5-day deadline will NOT be accepted. In order to initiate a return or order a new book, THE BOOK THAT WAS SENT TO YOU MUST BE SENT TO STUDIO BEFORE ANY RETURNS ARE APPROVED.
